A+ for massing. This program plus food has me weighing more than I ever have. I also love the method of increasing weekly volume through frequency rather than adding endless sets in a given workout. I will say some sessions take quite some time, but that is going to be the case with high volumes of training. I’m looking forward to running this again next year during a fat loss phase. Can’t recommend this program enough to folks looking to put on muscle.

This is a super program for training during these strange times. I had to join a different gym as my old gym was forced to close due to to Covid restrictions, but all the exercises programmed come with other options, for example if you do not have access to a leg press machine you can sub in a reverse lunge. I have seen some good gains regarding my lean muscle mass increasing. I really like the prescribed warm ups, I have never felt as good before beginning a workout. Overall a great program and a great product.
