Here’s exactly what the weekend’s going to look like (click here for video walkthrough 🎥 ):
Friday, April 15
- 6 PM - Welcome dinner, games, and general shenanigans at my house
Saturday, April 16
- 8:30 AM - Check-in at the gym ( ☕ provided…obviously)
- 9 AM - Secret kickoff event
- 10 AM - Training breakouts
- The big 3 - squat, bench, deadlift
- 11:45 AM - Snack and break
- 12 PM - Team lift and competition
- 2 PM - Break for lunch (on your own)
- 4 PM - Meet up for afternoon activities and family dinner
Sunday, April 17
- 8:30 AM - Check-in at the gym ( ☕ provided…obviously)
- 9 AM - Special presentation
- 10 AM - Training breakouts
- Sprints, jumps, throws
- Upper body accessories
- Lower body accessories
- 11:45 AM - Snack and break
- 12 PM - Team lift and competition

Training Camp!
Highly recommend this camp! Lifting, learning, eating, and playing with lots of strong folks. The coaches are super knowledgeable but they also know how to teach really well and make it interesting and fun with a sprinkle of competition in there. A weekend well spent!

Rebel Training Camp
When I signed up I thought I would do the program for a month or 2 and then go back on my own. That was almost a year ago. The program has helped me hit goals I haven't been able to achieve in many years. I feel dominant both on and off the field. The program was so motivating and exciting that it's hard to step away. As long as rebel allows me, I will keep pushing barriers and crushing goals
