This 8-week program built by Ben Eisenmenger can be completed with only one kettlebell. There are options for doubles, but not required. With limited selection in weight, the goal of the program is to increase work capacity in the squat, press, and full-body endurance. The week is broken into 2 squat focused days, 2 press focused days, and 2 conditioning days. The days will alternate high intensity and lower intensity.
