Great Program!

Doing this through the train heroic app and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s a very detailed program offered on a platform that just makes getting everything done and tracked easier. Most importantly, it’s been very effective in producing results for me. It gets a full recommendation!

Basic jackedness

This program is pretty much a staple if you want to gain some muscle, it’s simple but not at all easy, you got your lifting days, your gun show days and some “cardio” days. Overall I’m really happy with this purchase and as someone with some shoulder and knee issues I was able to complete the workouts without any problems.
