Glycolytic bulls is an 8-week program designed by Andrew Triana with hypertrophy and body composition at the forefront of adaptation. The name comes from the deep trenches of non-oxidative training, which you will experience first-hand weeks four through seven when you are covered in sweat, snot, and ventilation sounds like a genetically modified pig. Hormone-driven effects derived from non-oxidative training are immensely powerful when it comes to myotropic and glycolytic (glucose) based adaptations. These adaptations sum up to bigger, rounder muscle tissue along with potent metabolic adaptations.

I’m currently still undertaking this program but the journey so far has been a much needed one. I work as a strength coach and coming up with my own plan the last couple months had left me with some really unmotivated training sessions. I needed something where I could just shut my mind off and go train. This program has really done the trick so far. My conditioning is really advancing and my tolerance for high reps has broken through the roof. I’m really looking forward to diving into heavier weights and my own training again once I conclude this program. Thank you!

The program is very good and very challenging. I enjoy the max reps in a certain time frame with a limited amount of rest. I wish there were more substitutions for exercises that cannot be performed in a garage gym like sled pushes. Otherwise a very well thought out program.
