This 16-week program crafted by Lance Goyke is designed to cure the dreaded inverted performance pyramid. It’s the #1 mistake made by athletes everywhere, and while it may not hinder you in the short run, it will most definitely catch up to you in the long term, and here’s why: you’re only as good as your foundation. Think of it as a pyramid. If you have a small foundation, the top of the pyramid can only go so high. If you have a MONSTER foundation, however, the sky is your limit. Solid program. Simple but effective program that many would benefit from. I used this to get back into lifting after not having access to a proper gym and felt like it prepared me well for higher intensity programming later on without any setbacks.
